HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN TIN DRUM REWARDS?
How do I sign up for Tin Drum Rewards? Download the Tin Drum Asian Kitchen mobile app on your Android or Apple phone, or visit TinDrumAsianKitchen.com/Rewards to find app download links. You can sign up with just a phone number & password!
What if I already have a Tin Drum Asian Kitchen loyalty account? Make sure your app is fully updated to get started. You’ll be able to sign in using your existing credentials.
Why am I getting an error when I try to sign up for Tin Drum Rewards? You may be getting an error message because the email address or phone number you are using is already linked to an existing Tin Drum Asian Kitchen account. Try the “Forgot your password?” link or contact customer support – [email protected]
Can I sign up at a Tin Drum Asian Kitchen store location? Yes! You can sign up through the in-store register or sign up through the app. Or go to TinDrumAsianKitchen.com/Rewards & follow the link to download the app to sign up and start earning Degrees immediately.
Can I give my phone number to the cashier to participate? Yes! Link your phone number to your Tin Drum Rewards account, and then give your phone number to the cashier to earn degrees for your transaction.
How can I update my account information? Log in to your Tin Drum Rewards account on our mobile app. Then navigate to “More” and click on “My Profile” within the app to make updates.
EARNING DEGREES
How do I get Degrees for my in-store order? At participating Tin Drum Asian Kitchen locations, simply enter or provide the cashier with your phone number. Or you can place your member QR code (found in the “Scan ID” tab of your Tin Drum mobile app) under the scanner at checkout.
What if I don’t have a QR code to show the cashier? No problem. You can tell the cashier your phone number or enter it on the customer facing screen.
Can I still earn Degrees if I forgot to sign into my account or scan my QR code at checkout? No, make sure and order through the app or check-in in store to earn Degrees & use rewards.
Where can I find my points balance? Log into your app and navigate to the “Home” tab to view your current balance. Note: It can take up to 24 hours for your most recent transaction’s points to be added.
What items are eligible to earn Degrees? Degrees can be earned on any food purchased in a restaurant or online via the Tin Drum app at participating locations. Points cannot be earned on gift card purchases, third-party delivery services, taxes, fees, donations, or tips.
Do my Degrees expire? No.
When will I see my Degrees added to my account? In-restaurant orders earn Degrees upon checkout. App orders earn Degrees when the order is picked up or delivered. Points may be delayed up to 24 hours. If you still do not see your points, contact customer support – [email protected]
Can I earn degrees for ordering through third-party delivery services? No, Degrees cannot be earned for orders placed through third-party delivery services.
Which locations are participating in the Tin Drum Rewards program? The Tin Drum Rewards program is available at participating locations. Check with your store or reach out to customer service – [email protected]
Can I earn Degrees for purchasing a gift card? No, you cannot earn Degrees for purchasing a gift card, but you can earn Degrees on purchases paid for using a Tin Drum gift card.
REDEEMING DEGREES
What is the Degree Store? The Degree Store is where you can exchange your earned Degrees for your favorite Tin Drum menu items or cash off your bill! Redemption values begin at just 225 degrees.
How do I exchange my Degrees for a reward? Navigate to the “Home” tab in your Tin Drum Rewards app and scroll to the bottom of the screen showing the Degrees Store. Menu items you have enough points for will be shown as available. Select the reward to redeem and it will be added to your order. Rewards & menu items you do not have enough points for will be shown as greyed out.
Can I redeem more than one reward at a time? No, only one reward, gift, or offer can be redeemed per order at this time.
GIFTS & PROMOTIONS
How do I qualify for the Birthday Gift? Sign up for Tin Drum Rewards and enter your birthdate at least 24 hours before your birthday. Active members (who have used the app in the 4 months prior to their birth month) receive 500 Degrees on the first day of their birth month each year. New members receive the gift on their next year’s birth month if the first day of their birth month has already passed.
How do I redeem the Birthday Gift? On the first day of your birthday month 500 Degrees will automatically be added to your Degrees balance. Exchange your Degrees for rewards in the Degrees Store.
Why can’t I change my birthdate? For security purposes, once you have added your birthdate to your account, it cannot be changed via the app.
Why was I asked to provide my email address? Providing your email address allows us with a backup method to assist with your profile.
How do I reset my password? If you are logged in, you may reset your password by logging out then tap “Forgot your password?”

Happy Birthday from Tin Drum! 500 Degrees are gifted to active members on the 1st day of their birth month each year. Active members are defined as those who have used the Tin Drum Rewards and Ordering app within the 4 months prior to their birth month. The reward is issued on the 1st day of the active user’s birth month. New members will receive the gift on their next year’s birth month if the 1st day of their birth month has already passed.
